Deliveries and returns

Delivery

We deliver to mainland France, Belgium, Germany, the Netherlands, Austria, Luxembourg, Spain, Italy, and Portugal.

Delivery is paid and takes up to 5 business days.

In France, shipping costs are €6.20 to a pickup point and €7.50 for home delivery.
In the other countries, shipping costs are €9 to a pickup point and €11 for home delivery.

Returns

Return requests can be made up to 14 days after receiving your order by logging into your second-hand customer account. A module allowing you to generate a shipping label is available in the “My orders” section.

You will then have 14 days to return your parcel.

All returns are free of charge.
