1. Your Customer Account
To benefit from our take-back service for one of your Bonpoint products (selling your second-hand items) or to order a second-hand product available on our Site (buying a second-hand item), you must create a Bonpoint Vintage customer account (which is different from your customer account on https://www.bonpoint.com/fr/) through the "Create an account" section of the Bonpoint Vintage Site.
Creating your account allows you to:
- enter your personal information to facilitate the listing or future orders of second-hand Bonpoint products;
- consult, modify and update your personal information;
- identify yourself before listing an item for sale or ordering a product available on the Site;
- view your digital wallet and convert your credits into a voucher;
- track your current orders and access invoices from your past purchases.
By using the Site, you confirm that you are an individual residing in mainland France (including Corsica) and that you wish to use the take-back service or purchase Bonpoint products for personal use in quantities corresponding to the usual needs of a consumer household. Under no circumstances may our Site be used by professional “clients.” We reserve the right to refuse a listing or order that is clearly placed by a professional client.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Bonpoint Vintage customer account and password, as well as for restricting access to your computer or other devices. As such, you acknowledge that you are responsible for all activities carried out under your Bonpoint Vintage customer account. If you suspect that your account is being used by a third party, we recommend that you change your password and contact us to close the compromised account using the form here (Please be sure to select the “Second-Hand” subject for your inquiry to be routed to the appropriate department.
2. Sell Your Products: Our Bonpoint Product Resale Service
2.1 What products can I have resold via the Website?
You can send us your products, which we will then put up for sale on the Website, by visiting the "Sell" section. Only Bonpoint products can be sold on the Website, and the brand label must be visible. Products without a brand label or with the inner composition label (containing the item's reference number) cut out are therefore not accepted.
Furthermore, the Website only resells products whose types and sizes are defined in the list made available in the automatic resale module accessible in the "Sell" section of the Website.
By requesting to use our Bonpoint product resale service, you declare:
- Being the owner of this product and residing in mainland France (including Corsica).
- Having the legal capacity and all necessary authorizations to offer the product for sale.
- Being contractually bound by the truthfulness of the information provided when requesting to resell your product.
- Providing all necessary information on the quality and condition of the product.
- Not sending counterfeit products: The Website may request a certificate of authenticity to verify the information you provide. We reserve the right to verify the authenticity of the products you wish to resell, and we will refuse a product if we deem it to be a counterfeit. Therefore, upon our simple request, you must provide us with the original copy and/or an electronic copy of any element that justifies the ownership of the product as well as its authenticity.
In addition, any Bonpoint product for which you wish to use our resale service must be in one of the following conditions:
- New condition: These items have never been worn and still have their original tags. They may come from customer returns due to exchanges or press returns.
- Excellent condition: These items are practically new with no signs of wear or visible defects.
- Very good condition: These items show only minor signs of wear.
The number of items you can have resold is limited to 10 per person within the last 30 days. Resales are personal: the person submitting items for resale in-store or online must be the Bonpoint Vintage account holder.
Before sending your product, please check that it has no defects, holes, stains, or signs of wear such as scratches, and that it falls into one of the three categories mentioned above. No product sent to us will be returned. It's your responsibility to ensure your product meets the resale criteria.
Upon receiving your product, we'll verify that the category you indicated in the resale module matches its actual condition and that it has its inner label. If it doesn't:
- The amount of your voucher will be reduced to reflect the product's actual condition, provided it still falls into one of the categories allowing it to be resold on the Website.
- No voucher will be issued if we find, upon receipt, that your product has unacceptable defects that prevent it from being sold on the Website, and the product will not be returned to you.
2.2 How to use our Bonpoint product resale service
To benefit from our Bonpoint product resale service, it couldn't be simpler!
Go to our Website and select the "Sell" section. Then, indicate the characteristics of your product by filling in the fields available in the "Sell" section of the Website. You'll then receive an estimation of our resale offer for your product via the automatic calculator. This estimation is based on internal criteria (such as product type, original value, declared condition, etc.) and is generated automatically. Please note, the amount of the voucher you receive will not necessarily match this estimation. Once your resale request procedure is finalized and you've accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Sale/Use, click "Continue." Next, log in to your Bonpoint Vintage customer account on the Website, or create your Bonpoint Vintage customer account on the Website if you don't already have one. Validate your resale request. The prepaid label for sending the parcel as well as the transfer form will be sent to you by email; print these two documents. Prepare your parcel by adding the previously signed transfer form, affix the label to the parcel, and ship it for free.
Once we receive your parcel, we will proceed with its verification within 15 days. You will then receive an email confirming or not confirming the acceptance of your product and the amount of the associated voucher.
If it appears that the declared condition of your product does not correspond to its actual condition (which would be the case, for example, if you indicated in the Sale module that your product was in "New condition" but it is actually in "Very Good Condition"), then the amount of the associated voucher will be reduced compared to the estimated resale offer from our automatic calculator, and you will not be able to request a return of the product.
If your parcel unfortunately does not arrive at our address or is damaged during transport, we will allow you to open a claim with Chronopost. No claim or compensation can be demanded from Bonpoint.
2.3 What happens if my product's condition is deemed insufficient for sale on the Website?
If your product is refused because it's considered in "poor condition"—meaning it has unacceptable defects that prevent it from being sold on the Website, such as holes, stains, scratches, or defects altering one or more of its functionalities—you'll be notified by email no later than one month after sending your product.
In the case of a product in "poor condition" that therefore cannot be resold on the Website: No voucher will be granted to you. The refused product will not be returned to you; it will be donated to an association or used for an upcycling initiative.
2.4 What is the amount of the voucher associated with the Website's resale of my Bonpoint product?
Once your product is validated by our services, you'll receive the amount of your voucher directly in your Member Area on the Website.
We remind you that the voucher amount may differ from the offer communicated by the automatic simulator if we determine that your product does not conform to the condition you indicated. Your product will not be sent back to you.
2.5 How do I use my voucher?
The amount corresponding to your resold items will be credited to your electronic wallet. You can access this in your customer account under the "My Credits" section.
You can request at any time to convert all or part of your electronic wallet into a voucher usable on: the website
Please note: once the conversion from your electronic wallet is made, your voucher will be exclusively and solely usable according to the choice you made (
Your voucher will be generated no later than 72 hours following your request. You'll receive a confirmation email containing your voucher. Your voucher is valid for 6 months.
To find out how to use your voucher, please go here.
Note that your voucher cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash.
In the event of the Website's permanent closure, if your electronic wallet still has a positive balance, you'll no longer be able to use this credit to purchase products on the Website. The amount of this credit will then be automatically converted into a promotional code usable on the website
3. Buying Products: Ordering a Second-Hand Bonpoint Product on Our Website
You can order your favorite second-hand products directly on our Website in the "Shop" section. All products offered for sale are second-hand Bonpoint items that have undergone our quality control and reconditioning process: manual inspection by our quality experts, case-by-case repair if needed, wet or dry cleaning, and ironing.
Product offers and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the Website, within the limits of available stock.
3.1 How to order a product on the Website
Ordering is super simple!
First, select your product, confirm the item's size is right for you, and add it to your cart. You can always check how many products are in your cart and get detailed information on each by clicking "Cart." After adding your first item, you can continue shopping by clicking "Continue Shopping."
Once your cart is finalized, click "Complete My Order."
Next, log in to your customer account or create one if you don't already have one, or simply continue as a guest.
Then, fill in your delivery address.
Now, choose your payment method (see the "How to pay for your order?" article below for more payment information), read and accept all of our General Terms and Conditions of Sale/Use, and proceed with secure payment for your order. Paying for your order signifies your full and complete acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale/Use.
Your order is now validated! You'll receive an email confirming your order.
By placing an order, you declare that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity (or, if you are a minor, that you have parental authorization to place your order).
Once we've prepared your order, you'll receive an email informing you that your items have been shipped. You can then track your order's delivery status using the tracking information in the email and in your Member Area. If you don't receive any emails (neither confirmation nor shipping), feel free to contact us for more information.
Sometimes, we might have to cancel your order for a legitimate reason. For instance:
- If you managed to place an order but your product became unavailable in the meantime: we'll inform you as quickly as possible and refund the amount of your item promptly.
- If a technical error occurs during your payment.
- If there's a clear error in the product description (for example, an error regarding the product's essential characteristics, or a clearly incorrect price is displayed).
- If we notice fraudulent or abusive use of your account or related orders.
- If we reasonably believe you have violated our General Terms and Conditions of Sale/Use.
3.2. Prices of Bonpoint Vintage Products
The prices for our second-hand products are shown on the Website in euros, all taxes included (TTC), excluding shipping fees (which will be specified when you confirm your delivery method). Prices are determined based on their condition (see article 2.1 for more information on product conditions). They include Value Added Tax (VAT) and any applicable discounts from our commercial operations valid on the day you place your order.
3.3. How to Pay for Your Order
You can pay for your order directly online by credit card (CB, Visa, MasterCard, American Express), or via a voucher (an amount credited to the electronic wallet in your customer account if you've used our resale service; only one voucher can be used per order).
After our payment provider confirms your payment, your bank account will be debited the total amount of your order. If you use a voucher, its value will be deducted from your order amount.
We want to assure you that all your transactions are secure and comply with current legal provisions. They take place in a strictly confidential and encrypted environment with our payment provider.
We never have access to your personal payment data, especially your credit card information, and we do not store it on our servers.
3.4 Delivery of Your Order
3.4.1 Where and how can you receive your delivery?
Your orders can only be delivered within metropolitan France (including Corsica), Belgium, Germany, the Netherlands, Austria, Luxembourg, Spain, Italy, and Portugal using the following delivery methods:
- Standard home delivery: Have your order delivered directly to the address of your choice.
- Pickup point delivery: Have your order delivered to the pickup point of your choice (you'll select this right after confirming your order).
You can track your order's progress from the moment you receive the email confirming its shipment, which will include tracking information. If you're not home when your order is delivered, for home deliveries, a delivery notice will be left with instructions on how to retrieve your order.
3.4.2 When will you receive your delivery?
When you place your order, the delivery time for your items will be specified. Please note that this period might be extended during peak seasons for carriers. If there's a delay or no delivery, please contact us at contactvintage@bonpoint.com.
3.5 What are our return and refund policies?
In accordance with European regulations, you have a 14-day withdrawal period starting from the receipt of your order to notify us of your wish to return any product that doesn't suit you. You must then return your product without undue delay and no later than 14 days following the date of your withdrawal notification.
You can print your return slip by going to the "My Orders" section of your Bonpoint Vintage customer account. You will then need to return your products to us within 14 days of this notification.
3.5.1 How do you return your order to us?
The products you wish to return to us must be in their original condition, undamaged, unstained, unwashed, unaltered, or unworn (except for trying on), with the original packaging and all accessories relating to the items, such as packaging, labels, and the original invoice.
In-store returns are not available for second-hand products. You can only return your product by postal service following this procedure:
Go to your Member Area to print the delivery slip for your return as well as the prepaid label. On the delivery slip, check the product(s) you wish to return. Insert this delivery slip into your return parcel along with the product(s) to be returned. Attach the prepaid label (be aware that return shipping costs are at your expense, and the amount of the prepaid label will be deducted from your product's refund). Drop off your return parcel at a Post Office, Pickup relay point, or Chronopost Agency within a maximum of 14 days from your return request.
3.5.2 When will you be refunded?
Once your return has been verified by our services, you'll receive an email confirming your refund. We commit to refunding you the amount corresponding to the returned product(s), minus the return shipping costs, as quickly as possible and no later than 14 days following the date we receive your return at our warehouses, or from the provision of proof of your return shipment.
Your refund will be made directly to the account linked to the credit card used for the order payment or credited back to the electronic wallet of your Bonpoint second-hand customer account if you used a voucher for your purchase. If a part of the order was paid by credit card and the rest with a voucher, the voucher is canceled and the wallet is re-credited with the amount used; the remaining amount is refunded directly to the credit card. If the voucher covers the entire amount of the returned item, only the customer wallet is re-credited. You will receive an email confirming your refund once it's validated by our systems. You can track the progress of your return directly in your customer area under "My Orders."
Any returned product that does not conform to the condition in which it was sent to you, and is instead worn, soiled, and/or damaged, will be sent back to you and will not be eligible for a refund.
3.6 What Guarantees Do Your Products Have?
Our products come with legal guarantees, specifically the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects. As the seller, we are responsible for:
- Defects of conformity in the products you buy, under the conditions of Article L.217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code. The legal guarantee of conformity applies when your product has a defect of conformity; for example, if your product doesn't function as products of its kind usually do, or if it doesn't match the description provided.
- Hidden defects under the conditions of Article 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code. The guarantee against hidden defects covers you when your product has a hidden defect, meaning a defect not apparent at the time of purchase that makes the product unfit for its intended use or significantly diminishes that use.
Please note that the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects will not apply in cases of misuse of your products or failure to comply with the product's care instructions (provided on our labels or by our repair specialists).
If you act under the legal guarantee of conformity, you have two (2) years from the product's delivery to act. You can choose between repair or replacement of the product, subject to the cost conditions outlined in Article L.217-9 of the French Consumer Code. For second-hand products, you are exempt from proving the existence of the conformity defect for six (6) months following the product's delivery, a period extended to 12 months as of January 1, 2022.
The legal guarantee of conformity applies independently of any commercial guarantee that may be offered. You can choose to invoke the guarantee against hidden defects as defined in Article 1641 of the Civil Code. In this scenario, you can choose between cancelling the rental or a reduction in the sale price, in accordance with Article 1644 of the Civil Code.
4. Your Personal Data
We handle your Personal Data with the utmost care and confidentiality.

5. Liability and Force Majeure
We commit to describing the second-hand products we sell on the Website with the greatest accuracy and to ensuring the information disseminated there is updated as effectively as possible.
We will not be held liable for any failure to fulfill one of our contractual obligations resulting from a force majeure event as defined by regulations. Specifically, we will not be held responsible for any non-performance or delay in the execution of your orders caused by events beyond our control, such as:

The execution of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale/Use will be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event, and execution and delivery times will be extended accordingly. However, please know that we will do our best to end the force majeure event or find a solution allowing us to fulfill our contractual obligations despite the force majeure event.
6. What if we disagree?
We hope it doesn't happen, but it's possible we might disagree!
Please know that our General Terms and Conditions of Sale/Use are governed by French law, and your listings and purchases of Bonpoint second-hand products on the Website are subject to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale/Use in force on the day of your listing or order.
In the event of a dispute, we invite you to contact us to seek an amicable solution together.
Failing an agreement, you can contact the e-commerce Mediator of FEVAD (Fédération du e-commerce et de la vente à distance), whose contact details are: 60 Rue La Boétie – 75008 Paris –
